A Color Challenge

A not so quick card for the color challenge today at the Color Throwdown.  I am moderately pleased with it, however did not come together as easily as I had planned.

Dies: PTI Egg Die, Favor It Box Die 2, Small Scallop Border Die

Additional Supplies:  PTI Woodgrain Impression Plate, Martha Stewart Fringe Scissors, SU Pure 

     Poppy Ribbon, SU Perfect Polka Dots, foam dots
