I found a really old stamp set when I was looking for something else

(didn't find what I was actually looking for).

This is perfect  for colorful fall trees for someone with no coloring skills ;).

O is for One

A card under the wire for the shoe challenge at CASology. 
I will be giving this one to my niece who is definitely one of a kind!
I CASEd one of my own cards here.
I believe I saw this idea first on Splitcoast Stampers.
You could use this for elf shoes for Christmas also.

Harvest Blessings

An Autumn card for challenges at CAS-ual Fridays, Less is More, and Play Date Cafe.
The challenge at CAS-ual Fridays is to make a CAS project inspired by Autumn.
The colors at Play Date Cafe are just perfect for Autumn colors.
At Less is More the recipe is to choose three previous challenges.
I actually chose six:  Week 15 ~ Embossing, Week 25 ~ Button or Ribbon,
Week 41 ~ Leaves, Week 52 ~ Sketch 4,
Week 76 ~ Three (I used three colors), and Week 84 ~ Foliage.

Ink:  SU Cherry Cobbler, Old Olive & Pumpkin Pie

September PTI Blog Hop

 

This month the challenge for the PTI Blog Hop is about felt, fabric and packaging.

I used the new Essential Pillow Box die, and 

cut out in New Leaf,  then layered the top with

the New Leaf Pattern Pack paper.  

On top of that I used the Lovely Layers die to cut felt in 

Scarlet Jewel and Vintage Cream, and sewed it together with a PTI button.

I really like that the box will hold a gift card.

My nieces and nephews all prefer gift cards instead of presents,

and now I have another way to package them.

A Halloween card for the color challenges at

Happy Grandparent's Day ~ Take 2

A card for my Dad (from my son) for Grandparent's Day tomorrow.  

My previous post here is the card I made for my Mom.

I entering this one at CAS-ual Fridays for the embossing, 

CASology for the cue word "family," and at the 52 Card Pickup.

There is embossing on the silver and gold paper, 

as well as, on the main white layer.

 The inside is more decorated than the outside,

and note that my son had to sign his last name

(just in case his Grandpa wasn't sure which "Matt" 

was giving him a "Happy Grandparent's Day" card!)

 BTW, he only has one Grandson named "Matt."
